twisted and rolled my ankle at the gym, but not doing anything athletic, just stepping to my right and my foot didn’t go along for whatever reason. yep. no kung fu, no stunts…just normal moving around. how embarassing.
it’s so swollen and bruised now that i’m thinking i’d better go to the doctor tomorrow if they can get me in.
