My 2 fave trainers from a gym I used to go to are opening their own place. They offered some free classes to test drive the new space while they get set up and work out the kinks. Free?! My favorite price! I went three times in three days to crossfit. Yeah! Bad ass! Whooooo! Except today it hurts to laugh, or stand up, or sit down, or curl up in the fetal position. Whoooo!
